About
A practice built around
being understood.
Statictrace Limited is a company registered in England, with its address in Mildenhall, near Bury St Edmunds. We work with people who have a mobile or web idea and want it made real without the jargon.
the name
A trace is the line a signal leaves behind. We like work that leaves a clear record: why a screen looks the way it does, why a feature was postponed, which device a bug appeared on. That record is yours to keep.
working rules
- An app that does one thing well beats one that does ten things vaguely.
- If a user needs a tutorial for a basic task, the design is unfinished.
- Release is a phase of the project, not an afterthought on the last day.
- Honest estimates, including “we are not the right fit”.
